If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Custom designs and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

-Journals and tumblers once used or opened
-Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
🪻Shipping Responsibility
-We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number for updates.
🪻Order Cancellations
-Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
